Care AI Shimmer
Mistake 1: low calorie diet Mistake 2: inadequate thyroxine dosage. Mistake 3: unsupervised attempt to lose weight. You need to understand, if you want to only lose weight you will never achieve it, but if you want to become healthy then you will gain health and in that process you will also lose weight. By taking low calorie you have further pushed your body into accumulating rather than spending which has resulted in increase in your weight. Your thyroxine dosage is very inadequate, when we prescribe thyroxine supplement we must consider the body mass, as well as the activity level of the person. I will give you an analogy, if you want to drive a car you get trained first under supervision who knows how to drive. In the same way when you want to become healthy even here you should atleast do your own research before you implement something or you take help from someone who knows how to make you healthy and do things in his supervision.
Next Steps
1. You should calculate the calorie that is required for normal functioning of your body. 2. You need to optimise your metabolic rate. 3. Take adequate thyroxine dose. 4. Optimise your diet and physical activity. You may either consult me or consult a good nutritionist for diet optimisation and a physical trainer for adequate and proper exercise.
Health Tips
Remember diet contributes 80% in losing weight and exercise contributes only 20%. beware of all weight lose programs they are waste of money as well as time, you will only lose your money and health not your weight. Do a very thorough research before doing anything
