Increased uterine artery PI in 35 weeks
Hi, In my 35 week I had interval growth scan where it showed increased uterine artery Left artery-1. 57 Right artery-1. 01 Mean -1. 29 Umbilical artery - 0.65 So my gynecologist suggested me to take NST. NST founds to be normal with FHR of 120 to 150 bpm and good fetal movement. Is this something serious? Shall I try for normal delivery in this condition?

You have to go for strict fetal movement count Ultrasound needs to be repeated at 37 weeks Decision for normal delivery will depend upon the ultrasound findings at 37 weeks
