Increase in milk production
Hi. My son is 7 weeks old. I'm exclusively breastfeeding. While my milk supply is fine as he has seen a weight gain of 1.2 kg since birth - I'm keen to learn can I start taking shatavari tablets for an enhanced milk supply? It's important to keep child hydrated well in delhi summers. Please advise.

If u aleady have adequate breast milk production, u need not take any supplement for the same.proper breastfeeding is sufficient to keep baby well fed and hydrated. exclusive breastfeed till the baby is 6 months.
