I would advise you to meet an endocrinologist to evaluate and to rule out any underlying problems. Some men attain changes of puberty at a later age than the normal. You are still within the age group where growth is possible. Genetics play a role in growth as well and its not necessary that you will grow taller than your parents either. There has been events of minimal increase of height through accupressure and binaural beats.
