Incomplete defecation.
I have habit of clenching pelvic floor muscles involuntarily, feeling incomplete defecation and defection pressure eventhough stools are soft. Now I am aware of clenching and reduced clenching, but still facing issues

It's a sign of stress. U can do meditation and yoga. Along with that u can do pelvic floor exercise with complete relaxation in between.
