Incompetent Vien valves and Varicosity

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I had incompetent SFV and varicosity of GSV. My doctor perfomed Flush ligation and Endo vascular abalation. I had pain related to surgery for 4 weeks after that there wasn't much pain. 8 weeks after surgery I am experiencing pain similar to the one I had before surgery. There is swell near to lateral side of Ankle. I went back to my doc, he mentioned it may be passing pain and no other treatment needed and prescribed some medications. Still I have pain like warm sensation and heavy feeling in leg.I just want to know is it risky to leave as it is or what is the next step. I am scared too much at this point.
