Hi. I'm having 3rd molar in inclined position compared to other teeth. This led to cavity and initial consultation suggested removal of 3rd molar. It’s routine extraction and irrespective of the surgeon there is a small risk of nerve injury that may happen .., But that’s usually temporary.
