Inability to perform. Revert. i will be!

I discovered it around a year ago that I am experiencing some pain in the penal area where the foreskin is joint with the penis head. I do get turned on but it pains when I engage in sexual intercourse or while masturbating because of the contraction of the joining muscles. It is hampering with my sexual well being and my sexual life. After I realized that this is a real issue, I have lost confidence and I have seen a certain loss of libido. It may or may not be a psychological issue because I was abused when I was a child by someone I knew but did not have the knowledge that it was wrong while it was happening and never told anybody about it.
