Dear parents,
Proper holding the baby, proper latching of baby & positive attitude of mother that she has adequate milk production as per kid demand is only way to have adequate milk.
Drink lot of liquids before feeding the baby,
Lastly only one criteria that milk is adequate is, increase in baby wt after one month, about 600gmto1kg.
