Implantation bleeding or periods

Asked for Female, 21 Years

My periods was due for 20 days ...now I've started bleeding very lightly not pad filling ,from 4 days it's bleeding in brown or red colour , I did a pregnancy test it was faintly positive 2 weeks b4 now it's showing negative, wether I'm having my periods or its implantation bleeding?.. thankyou
