  3. Implantation bleeding. Or is it periods?

I had my last periods on 17th feb.I am currently on fertility treatment. I have been getting fertinine injections weekly. I did a urine pregnancy test at home on saturday 20th of march which had one very dark line and one very faint line. I repeated the test today i.e. 23rd of march and it had just one line. Also i saw slight bleeding today. Can it be implantation bleeding or is it periods? the blood is slightly darker than normal.
