Hi is implantation bleeding important for pregnancy? I am only feeling cramps it has been 24 days since my last period, we have been trying to conceive.

If you hv been trying to conceive do a urine pregnancy test if you become overdue. Its not necessarily that implantation bleed will occur and ll be noticed too.
