Implantation bleeding

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hello doctor. I am 28 years old and my last period date was 19 may. I am trying for baby. I took ovulation test on 4 th April and it was positive. We had done sex after that alternatively. But I got heavy bleeding on 19 th may expected period date with Cramps in lower abdomen. 2 days heavy and 1 days light bleeding. Blood was red with some clots. My periods always comes two days later of expected date. I am confused that it was implantation bleeding or periods. Should I take home pregnancy test? Is there any possibility of pregnancy? Ovulation kit really works?
