Impaired Diastolic Compliance

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Hi... I did EEG (referred by doctor) and it showed sinus trachycaria. I recently started to worry a lot regarding my health and I get anxious. An ECHO was also suggested which I did and the result showed all are normal except "impaired Diastolic Compliance". So now I am worried about this, sometimes I feel my heart rate increases whenever I go to sleep. Kindly help me if there is something to be worried about the ECHO findings??? Thank you

Impaired diastolic compliance alone should not be concerning you too much. Are you on medications for sinus tachycardia? Are you getting adequate sleep? Both will be needed, which your doctor must have advised.
