Street dog lick on my ankle , there was a old scratch nearby . Don't know it licked on it or not . As I was facing opposite direction. I had all vaccines on time . But I was able to get immunoglobulin vaccine 40 hrs after the incident. I have heard it should be taken in 24 hrs . Can anyone please confirm am I late for the immuno vaccine , also that dog died after 75 days because of car accident . What's my chances of catching the rabies .

If you have already taken vaccinations then you are already protected, Also if the dog survived for more than 10 days after the contact then he was not rabied at the time of contact so no need to worry, you have almost no chance of getting rabies
