Hi,
To increase immunity, practice strict hygienic measures, consume more vegetable and fruits etc.
there is no need to consume vitamin c
Eat plenty of fruits
To increase breast milk, give direct breast feeding for the baby
You cannot measure quantity of breast milk by pumping with breast pump
And there is no need to quantify breast milk
If baby is sleeping minimum of 2 hours after feed, if passing at least 1 stools, passing urine 3to 4 times/day
And gaining weight, that means breast milk adequate
Mother should eat well without any restriction
Drink milk, plenty of water
Eat fresh fruits, vegetables
