Immediate fever 104 and cold (Thand)

Asked for Male, 48 Years

Immediate fever (104) and cold (Thand) on 6th June, 2017. Bood tested, report said it Typhoid and admitted for 4 days. After 5 days was weakness, but after 15 days my both legs muscle and knee (joint) are paining. Sometimes elbow are paining. Now chest paining. still today 27-7-17 going on same. it is because of typhoid or other problem ?
