Immature follicle treatment

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi mam, Recently i checked follicular study.12th day follicular size is 1.1&1.0cm.endomatrial thickness 8.2mm and 15th day 1.3&1.2cm.endomatrial thickness 10.3mm.is it normal for pregnency. Ple advice for me. Next what do do mam.

A mature follicle should be around 18mm size at least only then it s expected to b able to release an egg. So u need to b on ovulation induction drugs to enhance ur follicular growth
