Get yourself examined by a surgeon.
You could be having some anal fissure which s causing this ..
Constipation ll aggravate it and also spicy food ,so avoid both of these

You have got either anal fissure or tightening of anal ring.This is the reason feeling pain during passing motion.Tske laxative daily at bed time.Use some ointment in anal region 2-3 times and don't take masala food.
