Im confused for laser surgery for piles
Recently i showed to general surgeon for constipation and small flesh near to my anus. She did proctoscopy and mentioned me I'm having piles inside grade 1 and outside that flesh called fissure so she gave me temporary and permanent solution. She said i should do laser surgery for piles and fissure both so I'm confused to do or not? Is it dangerous i thought grade 1 can be treatable without doing surgery please give me some opinion about it thanks.

Grade 1 piles and fissure , although it is very painful , severe burning sensation will be present but still it can be easily treated with medicines for few days and dietary habits changes.
