  4. Ihave Diabetic problem. To change?

Ihave Diabetic problem.
Fasting 182.0 mg/dl and Postprandial 243.0 mg/dl. I am taking GLIMPIRIDE 1mg. at morning & METFORMIN TABLETS 500mg two times a day. My  question is ,whether medicin is requred to change?
