Yes she neeeds to rule out allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis and other spectrums .. the treatment for same can be very simple if investigated properly.

Repeat her IGE level again after one month,if it is again greater than 1500 could be Hypereosinophilic  syndrome ,there should also be evidence of organ system involvement, please consult with Pulmonologist for detailed evaluation and proper guided personalised medicine
