If I have chances of getting pregnant

Asked for Female, 17 Years

I had sex for the first time on 17 th January and had my periods on 30th January, I took birth control pills after the day I had sex. I think I have become a little fat, and Its like some noise in my stomach and my breath have become softer and they seem like a bit bigger. No other symptoms of pregnancy but I am still scared. I cannot buy a pregnancy kit right now. Please tell me if this change is normal as I am not feeling nausea or not missing my periods
