Asked for Male, 0 Years

I took a ID Nat test after 35 days of protected sex with a girl. Result was not detected. It was a roche cobas taqscreen and the method was PCR viral Rna/dna.I heard its accurate. Can I consider myself to be HIV free and proceed.
