My son is having fever from yesterday...I gave him p250 every 6 hour gap..but his fever remains 102-103...my pediatric suggest ibugesic plus every 8 hours but I don't remember the dosage... please help his weight is 11.5 and 2 year exactly..

So if it is SYP ibugesic plus (100 mg ibuprofen plus pcm ) you have to give 5 ml
Can repeat after 8 hours
However before resorting to ibuprofen
Paracetamol works best for fever control
Give SYP pcm (5/125) 5ml sos of fever that is temp 100 +
Can repeat after 6 hours
Do aggressive sponging with lukewarm water of entire body after derobing the baby
