Simple cysts in the ovary are common in women of Reproductive age group . Usually they resolve on their own. In cysts over 50mm size it is necessary to repeat the ultrasound to confirm the size and whether it is growing. In such cases sometimes it is necessary to drain the cyst via a laparoscopy because the larger it gets the greater the chance it could twist on itself and get damaged. Your Gynaecologist is the best person to have a discussion regarding further management .
