I went for a Ultrasound scan. And i got the result saying that my right ovary is 30X30X30mm with a volume of 14.5ml and exhibits a 24X22mm follicle with some echogenic material within likely internal haemorrhage. is this a normal condition

No this condition is not normal You need to get CA125 levels done. Also other signs and symptoms have to be correlated as well to diagnose what exactly you hv. It could be endometriosis or haemorrhagic cyst or physiological
