I want to know about normal heart rate
Sir my normal bp is 125/78 and my heart rate is 63 . I want to know that is 63 heart rate can cause any heart problm ?? My eco reporte is also normal

When i walk or do some work at that time my heart rate is 75 , 78 but when i sit on chair or lay on bed at time my heart rate is 62, 64 pleas reply me ass soon as possible
