Hello dear,
Miliary Tuberculosis earlier it was lethal as it was not diagnosed early and medications were not there proper. But now a days you don't have to worry about it first of all if you are diagnosed with Miliary TB then you should test your sputum for AFB 3 SAMPLES and send for other advanced test like Sputum for GENEXPERT, then according treatment can be started. Duration depends on the involvement of systems it can be from 6-12 months.
