Hello user First of  all I would say please please do not start any supplements or medications at your own or on the suggestions of gym trainer. By doing this you are putting your health at risk coz you can not sustain it in long run. And they are not authorised for that, they don't have that knowledge and degree to prescribe any supplements and medications. Just to show their own yo yo effect they suggest few supplements so that they can retain people. They are not registered practitioners, they don't have degree, no Lisence nothing.... And you should not take any supplements as you are already on thyroid medications. Just for a while, just for only good looks don't put your life at risk because medications and supplements interact with each other in your body.  If you are taking these supplements consult to your endocrinologist or whomever you are consulting with.
