Letrozole was given to induce ovulation and duphaston was given as hormonal support....but since there is no positive result after 2 cycles , opted to regularise periods with pills so that with up and down regulation of hormones later cycles may become ovulatory aiding in achieving natural conception.....it takes time but please be patient and keep the trust

When you were given Letrozole and Duphaston the aim was to induce your ovulation and if you conceive during the induced ovulation then Duphaston will help in the preservation of pregnancy. Apparently that treatment failed. Now you have been prescribed Novelon to regularise your periods.

I think that treatment is going well Novelon is to down regulate the hormones and it will improve the chances of ovulation in upcoming cycles
