My gynaecologist made me have duphaston and letrozole for 2 months and now she has prescribed novelon for 21 days.how will I conceive if she has kept me on contraceptive pill??I am really confused.some people are saying she is taking me towards ivf treatment.please help!

Oral contraceptive pills are not given before IVF treatment
Letrozole was given to induce ovulation and duphaston was given as hormonal support....but since there is no positive result after 2 cycles , opted to regularise periods with pills so that with up and down regulation of hormones later cycles may become ovulatory aiding in achieving natural conception.....it takes time but please be patient and keep the trust
When you were given Letrozole and Duphaston the aim was to induce your ovulation and if you conceive during the induced ovulation then Duphaston will help in the preservation of pregnancy. Apparently that treatment failed.
Now you have been prescribed Novelon to regularise your periods.
