I want to get pergrent

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi doctor, I had my follicular scan on my 10th day and the result is saying the following in right ovary DF 1.8*1.6 CMS. In left ovary NO DF endometrial, Thickness is 5-6 mm. POD Fluid is CLEAR. What does this report mean? Please clear my doubt. Is this a normal report or any issues are there because I am trying to conceive
