Forget about donation, ask your friend to meet a urologist. As he must be having some problem as normal semen quality is usually 2-5 ml. If he is releasing too much then he must be having some problem. And it’s illegal in India to donate any organs/sperms against money. Try to earn money by some other way. Best wishes
