I want some information abt pregnancy

Good morning Dr, Me and my girlfriend have had intercourse on 15 July. Her periods should start by 24-25 July. But she had not her period yet. She is having cramps since last morning. She has got some changes in breasts(elongated), nipples(enlarged), areolas(broaden).. So actually I want to know, is it possible that she is not pregnant and this all is just a harmonal imbalance. She got her last periods on 25 June. Is it possible tht she is not pregnant and she would get her periods now. We can't take pregnancy test. Pls help. Thank you

You have to take pregnancy test either by urine or blood.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy.Meet to gynaecologist and discuss with her.She will prescribe some medicine.
