Teeth #38 and #48 There is evidence of generalized, mild to moderate to severe periodontal bone loss noted with PDL space widening in almost all the teeth. The appearance is consistent with generalized periodontitis. No radiographic evidence of caries noted. The generalized bone density and trabecular pattern is within the range of normal.
