I think I had a miscarriage
My husband and I had unprotected sex on June 18 and a couple days later I was spotting, about 3 weeks later (a week before my period) I had sever cramps and back pains and I was spotting again on the same day.

The spotting could be due to stress or harmonal changes during ovulation or at the time the embryo is implanted , however in order to see for the exact reason u would need to wait either for ur due dates or get an ultrasound done to see for the cause a few days later if the off and on spotting continues.
