I'm 8 months pregnant and have my left eye become red and small. There is also yellowish white discharge from left eye.. What should I do or which eye drop to use to keep my baby safe as well..

Hello You seem to have conjunctivitis Try A. Cold compresses B. Keep hands clean C. Use two handkerchief one for each eye D. You may need antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 6times along with lubricating eyedrop frequently D.. Keep eyes closed for 2minutes after instilling eyedrop Conjunctivitis usually takes around 2weeks to resolve Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better

Please dont do self medication, it can be dangerous. You may have Uveitis, Glaucoma , papillaedema, conjunctivitis etc. Without proper clinical diagnosis dont start medication as you are in 3rd Trimester.
