  3. I recently had sinus surgery. Worried!

I recently had sinus surgery.
I was not able to have a bowel movement until 2 days later. I have since been able to go but is now diarriah. I'm having rectal bleeding as well. Not sure if it's because of all the blood I swallowed or if something else is going on. I'm having some cramping but I think thay is from the anesthesia. I'm not having any pain when I go or after. I'm just worried
