Hello. I am 46yrs man, married recently one year now. My partner usually plays with my nipples during sex, which I enjoy immensely. We normally have daily sex sessions. Carssing, pinching, saueezing , biting and sucking. I start to have burning sensation in my nipples big time. Also my nipples are always hard and protruding under shirts which is embarcing. I tried all creams no success. Thank you so much.
