I am male,37 years , weight 90kg , suffering from cardiac problem , using BP tablet and cholesterol tablet ,spadilities problem neck and back pain and usable to drive bike , bike driving time getting giddiness, cardiologist said reduce weight. Due neck and back pain unable to do exercise, How to reduce weight, what kind of fitness exercise i need to practice.
