Asked for Female, 22 Years

I was not getting periods for month I'm having pcos that's y I done my pregnancy test first it was showing me positive result ie two lines, I got scared and buy another one, it shown me negative and I consult to one doctor and siding told him about my positive result and took the medicine for irregular periods and now thr is heavy bleeding from 1 week big clotting pelvis pain do you think o had an abortion? Because of the medicine and my pcos because I am having all symptoms of abortion nausea abdominal pain pls help I am confused!!
