I missed my periods.

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I missed my periods and when checked its showing positive. I am having a baby of 7 months old n due to some personal reasons n mental disturbance am not ready to proceed with the second baby. Can you please help me with the medication or process. I know this is not correct but have no other option because of my family reasons n personal reasons. Please please help me
