I missed my period

I had sex in december after that i dnt do any sex. after that i have my period for 4 months on time but this month i missed my period is there any possibility to get pregnant?? That day when it supposed to be happened my period but i didnt next day i checked in pregnancy test kiit it shows negative how accurate is that??
