I'm worried doctor.
Doctor i had sex on 14th January and my get period on 6th January.after that I do a negative pregnancy test.but I'm worried about pregnancy because I'm unmarried girl.I do a USG according to the my period problem...usg show no dominant follicle seen.it means I'm pregnant??attached my USG report
