I'm 5 weeks pregnant, I want termination
Currently consulted dr. my B-hcg levels are 1785. However no gestational sac is present and adnexa is normal. Dr. is suspecting ectopic however I'm due for my follow up blood test. I'm suffering mild period-like cramps but no vaginal bleeding or dizziness. The Dr. who did my USG scan on the other hand suspects not an ectopic. The USG scan was done normally around the lower abdomen region (no TVS). Now how can I know is it ectopic or not with the blood tests?

You have got your beta HCG level done. You have consulted your Gynaecologist. You have also consulted your Sonologist. One suspects an ectopic pregnancy, the other one doesn't. Please wait for another week. Repeat all the tests. You might be more sure about what you are having. Tele-consultation at this stage is futile.
