My pinesh head have been so sensitive.i cani touch my penish.i do masturbation my spem will out 10 sec.i do daily kegal exercise even mind control for 6 month but no use . already visited sexologist clinic they say no problem I will clear .so they give some tablets.but no use.so please provide to good medison or natural way to control even tecnic & any natural way or food items.any non effective penish spray but good for health.6 after my mrg fixed if I having same condition.my penish enter my future partner vergina sperm will come out please help me
