I have sudden a huge pain

Pls consult what can i do ? Its really huge pain my whole abdomen that's why i consult my doctar then he told me that you can do endoscopy immediately but i when i can go to endoscopy i cant be breath that time

Depending upon location of pain / symptoms/ other associated condition / duration of pain/ time of occurance/ relevance with food , then only we can decided wether to do a endoscopy our mere a simple ultrasound is required.
