Hello...high sgpt levels are alarming.It point towards some liver pathology either chronic or acute. What are your other physical complaints ? What are the results of other tests ? What is bilirubin level? These should be further investigated by an Internist / Physician. There are many causes of increased hepatic transaminases which should be investigated and treated accordingly.
