I have severe leg pain

Dear Dr. I have sever leg pain in my right leg most of the time. I checked an ortho thinking it would be osteoporosis.. but he confirmed it is not and gave vitamin d tablets for 2 months. . Once I stopped the tablet after 2 months the pain is severe.. It is more severe after making love with my wife.. pls. Suggest..
