  4. I have primary heart attack. I do now?

I have a primary heart attack ...doctors do angioplasty in my heart .they gave me four tablets namely rozavel 10,ecospirin 150,telmafourty,myoprol50 but now i face the problem like gas,glucose level high in urine ..what i do now????please help
